(725) Die Supplementation mit Selenomethionin (200µg/Tag) bei gleichzeitiger Gabe von L-Thyroxin (titriert) bei Patientinnen mit Hashimoto-Thyreoiditis senkt deutlich zahlreiche inflammatorische Marker (u.a. Interleukin-1beta und Interleukin-6), TSH, fT3 und fT4 steigen. Der Effekt bei alleiniger Selenomethionin-Gabe ist dabei schwächer, aber immer noch signifikant gegenüber Placebo.
